New Releases
-
Identity and Verification (ID&V) - Identity and Verification (ID&V) is now available to all Pay as You Go (PAYG) customers with a registered Australian Business Number (ABN).
ID&V enables you to complete identity checks, capture verification results, and maintain records in one secure, central location, helping you manage client onboarding more efficiently.
-
ID&V Ongoing Monitoring – The most resource-intensive AML/CTF obligations are ongoing customer due diligence, re-screening and keeping records audit-ready. Ongoing monitoring means no spreadsheets to maintain, no manual re-checks to schedule and gives you confidence that you’re meeting your obligations from day one.
Enhanced + Ongoing monitoring is now available on demand at a price of $7 paid up front or added as an extra purchase under subscription.
- ClickSend Integration – You can now integrate your own ClickSend account with NowInfinity via the Text Messages page in Portal Settings. This allows you to use your registered Alpha Tag as the Sender ID for SMS reminders, helping your clients easily recognise messages sent by your business.
- SMS sender ID verification – If you’re using an Australian mobile number as your sender ID for SMS reminders, you’ll now need to verify the number using a one-time password (OTP) to confirm it is active. You can complete this verification via the Text Messages page in Portal Settings. Reverification is required every 12 months to maintain access.
If the mobile number is not verified by 30 June 2026, SMS reminders will be sent via a default shared mobile number until verification has been completed.

Fixes and enhancements
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) text messages – We’ve updated the Sender ID used for multi-factor authentication (MFA) text messages. Verification codes sent during login and when resetting two-factor authentication (2FA) will now be delivered from the sender ID ‘NowInfinity’, ensuring compliance with registered sender ID requirements and providing a consistent experience.
- Form 362 name validation – We’ve fixed an issue where name validation would fail in Form 362 when the legal element included “Pty. Limited.” (with a period), preventing the form from being completed successfully.
- ABN/TFN application integration – Maintenance has been completed on the ABN/TFN application integration, and the service is now available again.
