What's New June 2026

New Releases

  • Identity and Verification (ID&V) - Identity and Verification (ID&V) is now available to all Pay as You Go (PAYG) customers with a registered Australian Business Number (ABN).

ID&V enables you to complete identity checks, capture verification results, and maintain records in one secure, central location, helping you manage client onboarding more efficiently.

  • ClickSend Integration – You can now integrate your own ClickSend account with NowInfinity via the Text Messages page in Portal Settings. This allows you to use your registered Alpha Tag as the Sender ID for SMS reminders, helping your clients easily recognise messages sent by your business.
  • SMS sender ID verification – If you’re using an Australian mobile number as your sender ID for SMS reminders, you’ll now need to verify the number using a one-time password (OTP) to confirm it is active. You can complete this verification via the Text Messages page in Portal Settings. Reverification is required every 12 months to maintain access.

If the mobile number is not verified by 30 June 2026, SMS reminders will be sent via a default shared mobile number until verification has been completed.

Fixes and enhancements

  • Institution account opening - We’ve fixed an issue where opening an institution account would fail if the company name contained periods (for example, “A.C.N 123 456 789 PTY LTD” or “EXAMPLE PTY. LTD.”).
  • Macquarie Bank account - We’ve fixed an issue where; after creating a new Macquarie Bank account, the Account Number was displayed incorrectly due to leading zeros (for example, “000”) being automatically added to the start of the number.
  • Consent of Occupier - We’ve fixed an issue where esigning within the Consent of Occupier was duplicated if the “Authorised person to sign Occupiers Consent” field in Form 484A1 contained only a single name rather than a first and last name.
  • “Date of signature” within the collaboration page - We’ve fixed an issue affecting Form 484 documents with multiple signatories sent for esigning via the Collaboration page, where the Date of signing field was incorrectly updated when additional signatories signed the document after the authorising officeholder. The Date of signing now correctly reflects only the initial authorising officeholder’s signature and is no longer overwritten by later signatures, ensuring accurate and consistent signing records.
