Office 365 SMTP Authentication Update - To improve security and align with modern authentication standards, we’re updating how Office 365 SMTP connections authenticate within NowInfinity by moving away from the username and password authentication and adopting OAuth-based authentication.
The existing basic authentication method will remain available for now, but we recommend switching to OAuth to ensure your connection remains secure and supported.

Fixes and enhancements
Form 2205 Notification of resolution regarding shares - We’ve fixed an issue where shareholders with multiple share parcels had their parcels merged into a single line when generating Form 2205. Each share parcel now appears on its own line, ensuring accurate reporting of shareholdings.
Annual Statement payment reminders - We’ve fixed an issue that caused invoice attachments in annual statement payment reminders to become corrupted. Attachments now send correctly to recipients.
Form 484E Resolutions – Fixed an issue in the Form 484E resolutions, where a Legal Personal Representative (LPR) was incorrectly displayed as a director of the company in generated documents, rather than as the LPR.
Director ID’s not populating after 484 appointment - We fixed an issue where the Director ID Number was not being automatically added to the company profile after lodging an appointment of director via form 484. DINs now populate correctly in the company profile immediately after a director appointment is processed.
SMSF Member Exit - We’ve fixed an issue where SMSF Member Exit documents that only required a chairperson’s signature were incorrectly requesting signatures from all trustees when sent for electronic signing.
Unexpected logout when opening ASIC forms - We fixed a timing issue that was causing some users to be logged out of their account unexpectedly when attempting to open ASIC forms via a company profile page.
Annual Statement cover letter codes - The @DateSign field within the Annual Statement cover letter template will now correctly populate with the date of the next annual review date plus two months, ensuring the signing date period aligns with ASIC’s review period.
