What's New June 2026

New Releases

  • Update to On-demand NowInfinity accounts – To keep your account active, on-demand Documentation Suite customers will be asked to confirm key business details, including your Australian Business Number (ABN).

    What’s changing
From 3 June 2026, for on-demand Documentation Suite customers, the Access Controller will be prompted to confirm key business details. This is a quick, one-time step to keep your details up to date.

  • Updates to “Account settings” page - We’ve updated the Account Settings page with the following:
    • The Company Details section has been renamed to Business Details.
    • The Name field has been renamed to Account Name and is now non‑editable.
    • A new ABN field has been introduced and is displayed as non‑editable.

An information icon is available, advising Access Controllers to contact consulting@nowinfinity.com.au to update Business Name or ABN details.

Fixes and enhancements

  • Institution account opening - We’ve fixed an issue where opening an institution account would fail if the company name contained periods (for example, “A.C.N 123 456 789 PTY LTD” or “EXAMPLE PTY. LTD.”).
  • Macquarie Bank account - We’ve fixed an issue where; after creating a new Macquarie Bank account, the Account Number was displayed incorrectly due to leading zeros (for example, “000”) being automatically added to the start of the number.
  • Consent of Occupier - We’ve fixed an issue where esigning within the Consent of Occupier was duplicated if the “Authorised person to sign Occupiers Consent” field in Form 484A1 contained only a single name rather than a first and last name.
  • “Date of signature” within the collaboration page - We’ve fixed an issue affecting Form 484 documents with multiple signatories sent for esigning via the Collaboration page, where the Date of signing field was incorrectly updated when additional signatories signed the document after the authorising officeholder. The Date of signing now correctly reflects only the initial authorising officeholder’s signature and is no longer overwritten by later signatures, ensuring accurate and consistent signing records.
