Macquarie Bank Account Integration
When opening a Macquarie bank account from the collaboration page of a completed document, you will now be prompted to review and accept a disclaimer. This update promotes transparency and helps make informed decisions during the account setup process.
Merge Annual Statement
Additional messaging has been added to the merge pop-up, reminding users to request a debt refresh for the company before merging. This step ensures that the debt information is up to date prior to sending documents for signing and before automatic payment reminders are generated.
Fixes and enhancements
- Fixed an issue where previously, after lodging Form 205A Company Name Change, the company’s former name was still appearing in Share Registry export files. This has now been resolved, and exports will correctly reflect the updated company name.
- Fixed an issue where the first letter of last names entered in interview forms were being auto adjusted to upper or lowercase. Names will now retain the capitalisation as entered.
