How to resolve when Shareholders are not appearing under the Main Profile

(Note: The guidance below relates to Corporate Messenger accounts with Managing Transactions module activated)

Question

Why are none of the Shareholders appearing under the Main Company Profile? How can this be resolved?

Answer

The most common reason is that the original balance transaction is appearing with 0 shares.

Note: Whilst the Shareholder will not be appearing under the Main profile they will still appear under the Share Summary page. Select the arrow to the left to expand the shareholder which will reflect no current parcels with the message "No Members Found" displayed.2026-05-13_15h43_34.png

Once the below changes are applied to the balance transaction the Shareholder under the Share Summary page should reflect the correct parcel.

A way to check if this is the cause is to navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > Company Profile > Share Transactions.

  1. Find the relevant Shareholder's most recent balance transaction by using the "Search by member name" field. Here you will see that the most current balance is reflecting as 0. Select the pencil icon to edit.2026-05-13_15h46_00.png
  2. Edit the Quantity and Total Amount Paid fields > select the tick icon to temporarily save the changes.2026-05-13_15h50_32.png
  3. After temporarily saving the change the Preview button can be utilised to review the changes before officially saving > select Save Changes to apply the changes to the profile.
    Note: Should you no longer wish to proceed with the change the Revert button can be selected to undo the temporary changes. These will not be applied to the profile.2026-05-13_15h52_14.png
  4. Once the balance transaction has been updated with the correct amounts navigate to the Main profile. The Shareholder should now be appearing as expected.
