Editing Date of Entry for Members

(Note: The guidance below relates to Corporate Messenger accounts with Managing Transactions module activated)

Question

What is the Date of Entry and how can I edit it for shareholders in the Company Profile?

Answer

The Date of Entry is the date the Member is entered into the Company's Register of Members, when first issued shares.

Note: This is an optional field and does not automatically update if the shareholder's transaction dates are amended.

To edit a Date of Entry for a Member:

1. Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > Company Profile > Shareholder's Information.

Each Shareholder will have a Date of Entry field > to edit select the pencil icon.

2. When selected, the field will allow for editing - change the date and select the green tick icon to save the change.

Note: If you do not wish to save the date entered select the red cross icon to disregard the changes made.
