Fixes and Enhancements
- The 'Pension Value as of 1st July' field in the Annual Pension Payment form now restricts inputs to two decimal points, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with expected formatting standards.
- The ‘Changes Identified’ notifications now display accurately, with Company Review Reports (RA61) and 'Company Added' notifications visible to all accounts.
- The Register of Officers now accurately reflects all current and ceased officers, even when officers share the same first and last names but have different middle names, ensuring consistency with the company profile for forms 484B1, 484B12, and 484E.
- Resolved an issue where solvency resolutions edited online reverted to their original version when sent for electronic signing. Changes made through the ‘Edit Online’ function are now accurately retained. Click here for more information.
- Addressed an error in Super Comply where fund profiles displayed the message "SEQUENCE CONTAINS NO MATCHING ELEMENT" due to mismatched data between trustees and members. Fund profiles can now be accessed without error, even if trustee or member details are updated inconsistently
- SMSF Deed of Variation validations now restrict Super Comply users from entering future dates for the 'Date of Establishment' and 'Date of Variation' fields, displaying clear error messages to prevent incorrect data entry and ensuring compliance with expected date rules.
- Fixed an issue in Transfer of Shares forms where paid amounts were displayed incorrectly for shareholders with multiple allotments. This occurred when nested allotments caused discrepancies in paid values. Paid amounts now accurately reflect the company profile and align with total shareholding details.
- Corrected an issue in Form 205A where the meeting address defaulted to the registered address after selecting "Save and Complete Later," even when the principal address was entered. The system now retains the correct address as entered during form completion.
- Resolved a notification issue where Certificate of Name Change emails were not sent for some Form 205A submissions. Email notifications are now consistently sent, ensuring certificates are delivered without issue.
Managing Transactions
- ASIC 484 forms now reference shareholder and share-related data directly from Managing Transactions when enabled.
- Address validation for shareholders with overseas addresses has been fixed, ensuring successful lodgement of ASIC forms 484C2, 484C3, and 484E by correctly handling state and country information to meet ASIC requirements.
