Introducing: Nowinfinity Document integration with Class: Newly established SMSF and Trust documents that have been executed will now be seamlessly shared from your NowInfinity account to the relevant entity on Class when selecting to copy the entity from the collaboration page. The establishment documents will be auto-tagged and saved in Class’ Document Management System for easy collation of Audit workpapers.
Fixes and Enhancements
- Bulk Historical Unit Transactions: The ability to import bulk historical unit transactions into the Transactions table is now available, meaning customers no longer need to contact the support team to have transactions manually added.
- Enhanced SMSF Establishment Documentation: The option to include witness signatures for Corporate Trustees in the Trustee Declaration document when establishing an SMSF is now available.
- Annual Statement Reminder Settings: The preference to opt out of attaching the official ASIC invoice or NowInfinity generated invoice to payment reminders, has been added giving customers more control over what is sent to their clients via reminders.
- Managing Transactions Date of Entry: The Member’s date of entry is now optional, allowing interview forms to be completed without validation of this field.
- Trust Establishment Documents: The unit number of the registered address will prefill into the Trust establishment documents, when created via the Corporate Trustee collaboration page. This removes the need to manually edit the documents to add this information.
