Users can now amend company registration documents post registration directly via the collaboration page, saving the user time and improving workflow efficiency.
Mark ASIC forms as sent externally
NowInfinity users can now mark ASIC forms as sent manually via the lodgements page, allowing for better tracking of forms sent outside of the platform.
ATO Trustee Declaration Form update
The latest version of the ATO trustee declaration has been added to the following documents:
- SMSF Establishment with Special Purpose Corporate Trustee
- SMSF Establishment (ROPS) with Special Purpose Corporate Trustee
- SMSF Deed of Establishment
- SMSF Deed of Establishment (ROPS)
- Trustee Consent and Member application
- Change of Trustee
Fixes and enhancements
- Trust Register - The unit register now correctly refers to ‘Unitholders’ instead of ‘Members’ for improved clarity.
- LRBA Suite: Fixed a typo in the Holding Trust document where ‘Beneficiary’ was missing the letter ‘f’.
- Appointing a foreign officeholder: Resolved an issue where foreign addresses were incorrectly transmitted to ASIC as Australian addresses when appointing a foreign officeholder.
- Form 205a: Fixed an issue where the company name was appearing incorrectly in the legal element field.
- White Text appearing: Where white text was appearing over 484 and 370 forms on the signing field, this will no longer appear.
- Unit Trusts: Unitholders added to existing unit trusts now correctly populate in both the transaction table and unit register.
- Multi Factor Authentication: Users who have not set up MFA will now be automatically defaulted to SMS verification to ensure secure access.
- E-signing status: Fixed an issue where the e-signing status was not updating to ‘Signed’ after completion.
- ASIC Shareholdings: Fully paid property is now correctly set on ASIC shareholdings.
- Super Comply: Fixed an error that occurred when importing a Super Fund from Class into Super Comply after linking multiple business codes.
- Exclusive Users: Exclusive users can now access the company profile pages they have been allocated without issue.
