Super Comply
Trustee and member details from the SMSF Deed of Variation interview form can now be cascaded to the Super Comply fund profile, ensuring up-to-date fund records. This option is only available when the SMSF Deed of Variation is the latest document ordered for the fund.
When importing or adding funds to Super Comply, members 18 years and older will have their legal capacity to sign automatically set to ‘yes’. Members under 18 will be marked as not having legal capacity to sign, with this field unavailable for editing in this scenario
Trust Register
For early adopter accounts, the error message displayed when attempting to sign multiple forms for the same trust has been updated, ensuring a clearer signing process for trust-related documents.
Fixes and Enhancements
Updated all interview forms to reflect ASIC's new address validation rules, changing Brisbane to Brisbane City for postcode 4000. This prevents form rejections due to incorrect locality when using Brisbane addresses.
Resolved an issue where the ‘view documents online’ button was missing from some emails related to electronically signed documents. The email templates have been updated to ensure the button consistently appears, allowing recipients to access and sign documents as intended.
Resolved an issue where the ABN/TFN application link from the collaboration page was returning an error. The link has been fixed and now directs users to the correct ABR website to complete their application.
