We have reintroduced the ability for you to schedule lodgements of ASIC forms. To support this new feature, we have added a 'Lodgements' tab in the Notification Centre. - To make Super Comply more streamlined and user-friendly:
- You can now access the fund import feature directly from the main menu under 'Super Comply'.
- We have added a validation to prevent setting a variation date earlier than the fund’s establishment date, to prevent any inadvertent errors.
- The ‘variation due soon’ and ‘variation overdue’ tabs have been temporarily hidden from the main fund details page. This decision was made to avoid any potential confusion, as the annual update service is not currently available – although it is in the works!
Fixes and Enhancements
- Resolved a display issue in the new notes section of the company profile, ensuring no gaps appear when notes are deleted and that the most recent notes are displayed correctly.
- Addressed a discrepancy in the Annual Statement cover letter system where the PDF file name wasn’t reflecting the custom cover letter name, even when applied. The system now correctly updates the cover letter PDF file name to match the custom cover letter for each entity.
- Enhanced the 'files to attach' section to ensure manually attached documents remain visible after the page is reloaded, applicable to both ‘email’ and 'electronic signing' sections within the Annual Statements page.
- Resolved an issue where the Annual Statement cover letter was incorrectly included in the attachments during electronic signing, even when the cover letter was deselected. This fix ensures that the attachments in the email align with the selected documents.
- Standardised the Xero Practice Manager (XPM) document opening to 'Open in XPM' for funds, trusts, and companies, enhancing clarity when integrated with XPM.
- Corrected an error in the 'Annual Statement Minutes' that incorrectly listed secretaries as attendees.
- Corrected a formatting issue in Dividend Statements’. Signatures will now consistently appear on the same page as the 'Minutes of Meeting of the Directors' when multiple share classes are included.
- Fixed an inconsistency in the Name Reservation Form (Form 410) where the middle name was not being transmitted, causing mismatches with ASIC company registration. The form now correctly captures and transmits first, middle, and last names for individual applicants, aligning with ASIC's naming requirements.
- Resolved an inconsistency in Form 388 where data in the ‘auditor's or reviewer's report' section did not match the interview form, preview, and the generated PDF.
- Fixed display issues in Form 388's 'auditor's or reviewer's report' tab. The tab now remains fully visible and functional when toggling between 'reviewed' and 'audited' options, ensuring all information is displayed correctly and can be accessed without any loss of data.
- Fixed issues with the 'edit documents' function for ASIC forms:
- Corrected an error blocking the completion of the 'edit online' process; and
- Ensured the ability to edit documents multiple times without encountering errors.
- Fixed an issue where PDF exports of unit registries were not completing for certain trusts, enhancing reliability for users managing extensive trust data.
- Ensured consistent representation of overseas addresses across all forms by removing postcodes.
