How do I export the Share Holdings for multiple Companies?
Answer
- Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies
- From the Companies List, tick the box against the Companies to include (optional)
Note: If no Companies are selected, data from the entire Company List will exported. A larger Company List may take a few minutes for the spreadsheet to generate and the download to begin. - Select Actions > Export to Excel for Share Holdings
The exported excel document will contain the following columns:
- Company Name
- ACN
- Account Manager
- Shareholders
- Joint Shareholders will be separated with a semicolon ( ; )
- Corporate Shareholders will include the ACN
- Address
- for Joint Shareholders, the addresses will be separated with a semicolon ( ; )
- Beneficial Owner
- Class of shares
- Number of Shares
- Total Amount Paid
- Total Unpaid Amount
