I want to appoint an Account Manager to a singular Company on my agent list, within our NowInfinity account. How can this be selected?
Answer
- Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies
- Locate the Company that needs the Account Manager assigned/updated, then click the pencil icon to the right of the currently assigned Account Manager name.
3. Once clicked, select the drop-down arrow on the right of the Account Managers' name to see all user names appear. Select the Account Manager you wish to appoint by clicking the name.
4. Once the new Account Manager is selected, the below message will appear on the top-right hand corner of the screen, indicating the change has been updated successfully.
