You can filter entities by Account Manager within the following areas of the NowInfinity platform:
Companies
Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > above the Company list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
All Companies with an assigned Account Manager will appear using the filter. This also applies to the Companies that have Unassigned Account Managers
Lodgements
Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements > above the Lodgement list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
Documents for the Companies which were filtered by the manager(s) is/are set as an Account Manager(s) or documents that haven't been assigned an Account Manager.
Annual Statements
Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements > above the Annual Statement list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
Only statements related to the Companies where appropriate Account Manager or Unassigned value is set
Trusts
Menu > Trust Register > Trust Profile > above the Trust list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
Only Trusts with filtered Account Managers and/or Unassigned value should be shown once the filter is configured, otherwise, the full list of entities should be shown
Trust Documentation
Menu > Trust Register > Trust Documentation > above the Trust Document list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
Documents for the Trusts which were filtered by the manager(s) is/are set as an Account Manager(s) or documents that haven't been assigned an Account Manager.
Funds
Menu > Super Comply> Fund Profile > above the Fund list and below the blue "Actions" button > click into the box "Filter by the Account Manager/s" > you will then be able to select which Account Manager you wish to apply the filter to.
Only Funds with filtered Account Managers and/or Unassigned value should be shown once the filter is configured, otherwise, the full list of entities should be shown
Funds Documentation
