Corporate Messenger

  • To help prevent duplicate pins, newly created custom pins cannot have the same label as system automated pins.
  • 24 new ‘walks’ (guided tutorials/walkthroughs) related to annual statements, companies, lodgements and the Notification Centre have been added to enhance the learning experience in Corporate Messenger. To access the walks, go to the help icon located in the top banner and select ‘guided walkthroughs’. Please click here for more information.

Fixes and Enhancements

  • When importing trusts to the Trust Register via the import spreadsheet, the corporate trustee ACN and company name is now mandatory, and where the corporate trustee is in Corporate Messenger, the name of the officeholders and their addresses will automatically be prefilled.
  • We have fixed the issue where you were not able to send annual statements via email or electronic signing to directors with a middle initial in their name.
  • Trust names with special characters can now be added to the Trust Register.
  • When there are two identical unitholders with a different beneficial owner, the Redemption of Units will now produce separate unit certificates.
  • In the Public Company - Limited by Shares interview form, when a reserved company name is being used and the applicant type is corporate, the company name does not require “Pty Ltd”, if not applicable.
  • When a Form 410 is successfully lodged, the ASIC document number will be included in the email notification.
  • The late lodgement fee on the payslip will now correctly match the fee on the estimate message.
