Corporate Messenger
- We are excited to announce some significant enhancements to the Notification Centre in Corporate Messenger, designed in conjunction with feedback provided by customers within the NowInfinity Ideas Portal, Aha!

- You can now quickly identify and action tasks as each notification is grouped by type and is visible via the new navigation panel on the left-hand side of the page, accompanied by status tabs at the top. This enables easy filtering of notification types to take targeted actions.

- To support a complete record of all historical share transactions for a company within NowInfinity, you can now upload this information to the share transactions table in bulk by using the bulk import functionality. For more information, please click here.
- In the allotments table, if no share certificate number is available and you would still like to generate a share certificate, the “#” symbol has been removed for a more presentable document.
Documentation Suite
- The ‘Minutes of Meeting of Directors’ document is now only generated if you select the ‘Corporate SMSF Trustee’ type on the 'SMSF Borrower Details' tab. The 'Minutes of Meeting of Trustees' will be generated for the individual SMSF Trustee type.
- The interview form summary will now include whether a slimline or hardcopy printing option has been selected prior to completing the order.
Trust Register
- If available, the certificate number will now display on the unit certificate when downloaded from the allotments table in Trust Register.
Fixes and Enhancements
- To assist you when selecting the correct country name, we have updated our countries list for “North Macedonia” to “Republic of North Macedonia” in line with ASIC’s recent changes.
- When selecting an auto-complete address, the unit or level number will now remain as part of the address.
- For documents marked as paper signed, the signing date is now displayed.
