Corporate Messenger

• To minimise the risk of ASIC late fees, reminders for Companies with ‘External Administration’ status will remain active. Reminders will be sent automatically if the auto-send setting is enabled in Product Settings. 

Documentation Suite

• New ‘E-Learning and Training’ resources are available via the Help button on the top right of the NowInfinity platform. The label for ‘Onboarding Webinars’ option has also been updated for clarity.

Fixes and Enhancements 

• A validation has been added to save the record for the address of the signing and billing contact information, ensuring completeness of records. 
• An alternate director who also holds a secretary role can now be ceased.
