Documentation Suite and Corporate Messenger

• Address autocomplete has been added for over 100 interview forms. This new feature will automatically suggest the address as you type and will help ensure accurate address data, reduce the risk of errors, and speed up the completion of the interview form. The manual address option also remains if required e.g., for international addresses.
• The Annual Statement has been enhanced with improvements to the text, format, and the execution field as part of our ongoing commitment to continuously improve all documents

Fixes and Enhancements

• A new disclaimer has been added to the e-signing feature on bundled changes for Trust and SMSF documents.
• Jurisdiction has been added to the SMSF Deed Schedules.
• The client contact column within the companies page now includes the signing and billing contact.
• Ceased officeholders have now been completely removed from the client and billing contact section of the company profile.
• When there are multiple changes for an appointment cessation, the duplicate page has been removed from the Form 484E.
• XPM Integration

          o Within the notification centre, the company name in the ‘XPM data integrity issue’ notification                   has been repaired.

          o The mobile phone for signing and billing contacts is now syncing within the XPM data                                 comparison report.

• GreatSoft Integration

         o Companies with the same ACN but different name in either Corporate Messenger or GreatSoft                  are now assigned with the correct pin in the companies page.

         o Link to access company in GreatSoft is now shown in the notification centre.
