As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality legal documents and expanding our legal capabilities to meet the demands of our fast-growing client base, we have made further updates to the following templates/features:

  • Client Legal Review available providing users the ability to request additional Scoped/Comprehensive review by lawyers

• SMSF Winding Up
  • Template reviewed and modernised by DGF Morgan & Associates

  • Added ability to support joint shareholders
  • Further restrictions to limit share classes to Ordinary share class only

  • Updated process to make nomination of a public officer on registration optional

• Vesting of a Unit Trust & Vesting of a Discretionary Trust
  • To promote education of NowInfinity's document suite we have added descriptions to the above forms to help users better understand:
    • The purpose of the document
    • When it should be used?
    • What's included in the document package?
  • We will be adding similar descriptions to all our documents over the coming months.

What this means for you:

Any document that has been ordered prior to the new updates continues to be fully valid. There is no need to have your previous orders reviewed or renewed.

Going forward, you can order the new versions of these legal templates exactly the same way and continue to service your clients with the same efficiency and confidence.

Security Update

• To better protect our customers and their data, we have implemented reCAPTCHA to our login page. Users will be prompted to solve a reCAPTCHA puzzle after a second failed login attempt.

• We have added validation to TFN fields. TFN entered will now be validated using ATO's validation rules/algorithm.
