Yes, all deeds require stamping in NSW, no matter what business conduct.

The same applies for deeds created for Discretionary and Unit Trusts created in Victoria. Stamping is required on all establishments

There is no stamping required for deeds within Queensland, South Australia and Western Australian jurisdiction.
