Can you change the Settlor of a Discretionary Trust?
Answer
Once the NowInfinity Discretionary Trust Deed is signed/executed it is, in most cases, not possible to amend the Trust Deed to change the Settlor. It is important to understand that the Settlor is the party who paid the settlement sum and established the Trust.
