Documentation Suite
As part of our commitment to delivering market leading SMSF documentation, we're excited to introduce a ROPS (Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme) specific SMSF Deed to our library of legal document templates!
Previously, obtaining a ROPS-specific deed required users to opt for a legal review, which incurred an additional cost. Now, this deed is available directly from our Documentation Suite, making it quicker and more cost-effective to access.
This update is part of our broader SMSF documentation uplift initiative, aimed at providing a comprehensive suite of industry-leading SMSF resources. Recent enhancements, such as the pension documents overhauls and SMSF deed improvements, reflect our focus on simplifying processes and delivering the tools you need to manage SMSFs with ease and confidence.
- To ensure a consistent user experience and to provide choice and flexibility, we have updated the platform to enable paper signed documents to be uploaded and stored in the collaboration page for all documents in the Documentation Suite.
Fixes and Enhancements
- The Deed Stamping Instructions PDF has been updated to the most current process in the collaboration page. There is no longer the need to post wet signed documents to us, all Trust Deeds can be emailed.
- Updated the Vesting Date field in the Trust profile to exceed the year 2114.
