Welcome to the December edition of our NowInfinity FAQ newsletter, where we address common questions from the past few months. 

Did you know?

Customer Support During the Festive Season - Support operating hours will be 9am to 5pm (AEDT) from 23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025. Our team will be contactable via email support through out the 2 week period, and via Live Chat on 23 & 24 December and 2 & 3 January.

Phone support and normal operating hours will resume on 6 January 2025.  To find out more regarding our operating hours this season, including our Printing & Stamping services and our legal services provider DGF Morgan & Associates click here.

ASIC Document lodgement over the Christmas closure period - ASIC’s offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, but you will still be able to lodge documents via the Regulatory Portal during this period. Click here to read more.
