Support operating hours will be 9am to 5pm (AEDT) from 23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025. Our team will be contactable via email support throughout the 2 week period, and via Live Chat on 23 and 24 December as well as 2 and 3 January. Phone support and normal operating hours will resume on 6 January 2025.
NowInfinity Printing and Stamping Services
Our office will be closed from Friday 20 December 2024 and will re-open on Monday 6 January 2025.
Any orders for printed documents or Deeds received for stamping during this time, will be attended to upon the teams return.
NowInfinity Legal Services
This holiday season, NowInfinity’s legal services provider, DGF Morgan, will be closed from COB 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025. To ensure timely completion of any pending work, we kindly request that cost agreements be returned with the necessary information before COB 6 December 2024. If cost agreements are returned after 6 December 2024, DGF Morgan will use their best endeavours to complete the work prior to 20 December 2024.
Please note new requests for legal services received on or after 13 December 2024, will be attended to upon return after 6 January 2025.
