In this release, we’re excited to complete the comprehensive overhaul of our pension-related documents. Guided by user feedback and following a thorough legal review, these updates provide improved flexibility and enhanced ease of use.
- Enhanced Pension Commencement package – we have created a more flexible and portable pension commencement package for both Account Based Pension (ABP) and Transition to Retirement Income Stream (TRIS). Pension commencement details can now be added either at document creation or later, once balance information is available. The package also supports electronic signing, streamlining the setup process.

- New Annual Pension Payment package – designed for existing ABP, TRIS and Market Linked Pensions, this package now includes a Member Request, Trustee Acknowledgement, and a Member Approval Letter, providing a comprehensive solution for managing annual pension payments.
Fixes and Enhancements
- Share cancellations: Fixed an issue ensuring that the total amount paid correctly updates after share cancellations.
- Data exports: Resolved discrepancies in data exports so they now match the information presented on the Company Profile and Share Summary pages.
- Member duplication: Fixed a bug that caused duplicate entries when updating members without a Date of Birth.
- Notification Centre: Addressed an issue in the Notifications Centre to ensure new notifications stay on the ‘New’ tab for the whole day, unless archived.
- 484A3 rejections: Resolved an issue that previously caused ASIC to reject certain 484A3 lodgements (Ultimate Holding Company Change).
- Annual Company Statement: Corrected scenarios where the Ultimate Holding Company section appeared in company statements unnecessarily.
