In response to customer feedback and evolving regulatory requirements, we've updated several pension-related documents to improve usability, compliance, and the overall experience for individual and corporate trustees.
Addition of electronic signing functionality and removal of requirement of witnessing.
Pension Commutation (Partial or Full) - This update includes a more detailed document pack with new fields for pension name, commutation type, and commutation direction, improving clarity with SIS Legislation and enhancing document accuracy by providing a tailored experience for individual or corporate trustees.
TRIS to a TRIS in Retirement Phase - This update streamlines the document creation process and improves clarity with SIS Legislation and existing legal instruments, allowing users to efficiently manage pension changes upon reaching retirement age.
The Rollback of Pension option has been removed and is now offered as part of the updated Pension Commutation (Partial or Full), consolidating related actions into a single for ease of use.
Corporate Messenger
A new notes icon has been added to the action column in both the company list and annual statements pages. This feature allows users to quickly access and manage company notes, providing a more efficient workflow by reducing the need to navigate through multiple screens.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
We have enhanced our multi-factor authentication (MFA) to only reset once the user has selected the link that was sent to the registered email address, improving security and streamlining the MFA reset process.
Fixes and Enhancements
Addressed an issue where electronic signing for Public Company Limited by Guarantee documents incorrectly requested witness signatures, even though no witness fields were included in the document.
Corrected a validation error that occurred when selecting only the option "Financial assistance by a company for acquiring shares in the company or holding company - approval by the company's own shareholder." Users can now proceed without issues when selecting this single option.
Trustee and member information are now synchronised in Super Comply. Updates made to director information (address, email, date of birth, phone number) will automatically cascade to the corresponding member fields and vice versa. This enhancement reduces duplicate data entry, making the system more intuitive and improving administrative efficiency.
Managing Transactions
Modifying the beneficial owner’s name now updates discrepancy notifications automatically. This ensures that all balances and discrepancies stay accurate, improving data integrity and eliminating any potential confusion from outdated information.
Shareholder address changes made via the 484A1 form now automatically update across the company profile and all subsequent ASIC forms and resolution documents. This ensures that all documentation reflects the most current shareholder address after lodging the change with ASIC, improving accuracy and compliance in record-keeping.
Resolved an issue where entered paid values during company registration were incorrectly reflecting as $0 on the Form 201 after submission to ASIC, despite the correct values being input in the interview form. Validation now ensures that entered values are transmitted accurately.
