I created a Binding Death Benefit Nomination (BDBN) for a Super Fund which is added in my Fund list. Why is the form not showing under the Recent Documents or Timeline in the Fund's Profile?
If the BDBN form has been completed via the Documentation Suite (Menu > Documents > Create Documents), this will not link to the Fund Profile and will appear only under Menu > Documents > Completed Documents. To ensure the document appears within the timeline, you would need to select the heading at the top of the Fund Profile "Other Documents" then "Binding Death Benefit Nomination" and complete the document there, as per the below.
If the document has been created from the Documentation Suite and is not appearing within the Fund's timeline, it will need to be manually uploaded to the Fund's Timeline.
