Navigate to Menu and select Funds under the Super Comply heading.
Search for and open the full profile. The Contact Information section is optional, however this person is responsible for Fund's correspondence.
To complete this section, scroll down to the "Contact Information" section on the profile, and select "Edit":
If the client contact is one of the Trustees or Director of Corporate Trustee, his/her name will automatically be available in the ‘Name’ drop down. After selecting the name from the drop-down box, all of the information available for this person will be automatically pre-filled. If some information is missing, it can manually be added and saved.
If the client contact is not a Trustee or Director of the Corporate Trustee, all information in the client contact section can be added manually and saved.
Tip: If the Billing Contact is different to the Client contact, the billing contact details can be added in separately. Therefore, the client contact will receive all the correspondence on the Fund while the billing contact will receive the invoices for the Fund.
