Overview of feedback policy
We take your feedback about our products seriously. Capturing your feedback is a great source of inspiration as we build better products. Our feedback policy is designed to ensure that all suggestions, comments, and ideas are reviewed and considered in our product development process.
We value every piece of feedback so that's why we've made it easier for all users to share their thoughts and ideas to help us create better solutions.
We take privacy seriously and it's important that you don't share personally identifiable information with us when providing feedback especially when providing screenshots.
What happens to product feedback
We centralise the collection of all feedback regardless of if it was raised directly through Class or NowInfinity or through our ideas portal.
Feedback is then aggregated and goes through the following process:
- Our consulting teams regularly reviews feedback on a weekly basis and may respond directly to clarify the details.
- We use AI along with analytics to analyse and group similar ideas and help us spot trends and identify key themes.
- Our product team decides which ideas to add to our ideas portal for others to vote on. Usually, ideas are added to the portal if:
- They're on our roadmap.
- They're popular and need to enter a discovery and validation stage before committing them to development.
Note: Not all feedback is turned into an idea but rest assured that it is still visible to internal team members. This includes all previous ideas and feedback that has been migrated from our old ideas portal AHA!.
