Where can I lodge the completed "ATO Change of Details for Superannuation Entities" form?
Do the "Trustee Declaration" and "SMSF Member Consent" documents that are generated as part of the Trustee Consent and Member Application need to be lodged with any parties?

The ATO "Change of Details for Superannuation Entities" form is required to be lodged by hardcopy directly with the ATO. It cannot be lodged electronically via the NowInfinity platform. As per the document, the mailing details are as per below:
There is no requirement to send completed "Trustee Declarations" to the ATO. The signed "Trustee Declarations" must be kept by the Trustee for at least 10 years, as per ATO guidelines. and provided to the ATO if ever requested. As per the document, the details are as per below:
There is no requirement to send completed SMSF Member Consent forms to the ATO. This form should be signed and kept by the Trustee on record with the other SMSF documents.
Note: All of the above signed documents should be provided to the Fund auditor for reference.
