Question

What is the difference between documents "SMSF Special Purpose Company" and "SMSF Establishment with Special Purpose Corporate Trustee"?

Answer

SMSF Special Purpose Company can be used when an SMSF has been established separately, and now a Special Purpose Company needs to be established to become the Corporate Trustee.

SMSF Establishment with Special Purpose Corporate Trustee can be used when you need to establish both the SMSF, and the Special Purpose Corporate Trustee together.

To prepare the SMSF establishment separately, use the SMSF Deed of Establishment document.
