Signing Reminders can be sent for Annual Statements if the Annual Review fee has been paid, but the documents are not yet signed. The scheduled reminders will only generate once the Annual Statement is sent.
To enabled Signing Reminders to be sent, navigate to Menu > Product Settings > Reminders, and ensure the setting "Follow Up Signing Of Solvency Resolution" is ticked:
Annual Statement Signing Reminders run off the "Reminder Days for ASIC Documents" setting, and the following parameters must be met:
- The Company has $0.00 debt
- The Annual Statement was sent via electronic signing, and not yet signed at the time the Company Debt changed to $0.00
- "Follow Up Signing Of Solvency Resolution" setting is enabled

In this case, when the debt changed to $0.00, the first Reminder date has passed. Therefore, this Reminder will be automatically sent as soon as the debt changes to $0.00, no matter the date.
If the debt changes to $0.00 after some, but not all Reminder dates are passed (eg 03/04/2021), those Reminders will be automatically sent as soon as the debt changes to $0.00, no matter the date.
If the debt changes to $0.00 after the all Reminder dates are passed (eg 06/04/2021), no Reminders will be sent.
