How to add signatories to an ASIC Annual Statement

Navigate to Menu > Product Settings > Annual Statement and select from the options:

  1. Add Director Signatures To Annual Statement
  2. Add Signing Contact Signature To Annual Statement

Note: This is not a requirement from ASIC, and is optional:

If "Add Director Signatures To Annual Statement" is ticked

Directors appointed to sign the documents will have a signing section at the end of the Company Statement. If "Resolution" is selected as the document type, all Directors will need to sign. If "Minutes" is selected as the document type, only the 1 selected Director/Chairperson will need to sign.

If "Add Signing Contact Signature To Annual Statement" is ticked

The appointed Signing Contact from the Company Profile page will have a signing section at the end of the Company Statement. If no Signing Contact appointed, the first listed Director in the Company Profile will have a signing section at the end of the Company Statement.
