How can I reset my EDGE password?

Note:
- Resetting ASIC EDGE credentials should only be required if when viewing Service Centre > Recent ASIC Activity latest connection attempt has been rejected with errors "D01 - ASIC problem" or "D03 - ASIC problem"
- If within Service Centre > Recent ASIC Activity, the connection is has failed with error "E02 - Misc Error", this is a normal response from ASIC limiting connections to help maintain their server's stability. It does not require resetting of ASIC EDGE credentials, nor re-completing the below steps if recently reset.
To reset your ASIC EDGE password:
- Ensure all users are logged out of the NowInfinity software
- Contact ASIC on 1300 300 630 (press option 2 and then 3)
- Request EDGE password reset
Once ASIC have reset your EDGE password:
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Copy and paste your Edge ID (eg. A12345) in Menu > Product Settings > ASIC Parameters > Password section of NowInfinity and press Save. (It will take another 10-15 minutes to complete the connection, unless there are ASIC delays.)
Once connected, there will be 2 options to check successful connection.
- Click on the ASIC connection symbol to navigate to the Service Centre page. There you will see the ASIC Connection, if it is Good (Green) or Busy (Yellow) this indicates the connection is successful.
- Password entered under Menu > Corporate Messenger > Product Settings > ASIC Parameters will automatically change to a different one as ASIC will issue a different password automatically for security purposes.
