Updating Account Details within Portal Settings

Question

How do I update my Company's details within NowInfinity under Portal Settings?

Answer

Before updating your account settings note:

  • If you have a subscription agreement with NowInfinity, our Account Management team should be emailed at accountmanagement@class.com.au to ensure any updates that may impact your subscription agreement are addressed.
  • To update the details shown on NowInfinity invoice, email the request to accounts@nowinfinity.com.au.

Business Details

1. Navigate to Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > Account Settings

2. Key the updated information into the corresponding fields:

  • Phone (optional): office number
  • Email (required): email address of the primary contact
  • Website (optional): Website URL
  • Tax agent number (optional)

3.  Select "Save" from the top right

Note: The following fields will need to be updated by emailing consulting at ni.consulting@class.com.au  

- Account name
- ABN
- Business name
- Business type
- Professional body

Primary and Postal Address

  1. Navigate to Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > Account Settings
  2. Key in the updated information into the corresponding fields:
    • Unit/Level
    • Street Address
    • Suburb/Town/City
    • State

  3. Select "Save" from the top right

Contact Details

  1. Navigate to Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > Account Settings
  2. Key in the updated information into the corresponding fields:
    • Account Primary Contact
      • Name
      • Email
    • Account Billing Contact
      • Name

  3. Select "Save" from the top right

The Primary Contact can be selected to receive notifications and operational emails relating to document orders, reminders, summary reports as well as client newsletters.

While the Billing Contact receives payment and subscription-related correspondence.

Note: It is important to keep these records up to date to ensure no communications are missed or sent to outdated contact details.
