How to apply for EDGE details

Question

How can I apply for EDGE credentials (Edge login number)? 

Answer

1. Ensure you are registered with ASIC as a Registered Agent (follow How to become a Registered Agent if required)
2. Select Menu > Productivity > Other Forms
   
   
3. Select "Application for EDGE" and complete the interview form 
   
4. Download and sign the generated from from the Collaboration Page
   
5. Lodge the completed form with ASIC via either email or post

   • Post:
     Australian Securities & Investments Commission
     PO BOX 4000
     Gippsland Mail Centre VIC 3841

Note:

• There is no fee involved in lodging the form nor is there a lodgement deadline.
• ASIC will email the EDGE details to the email address that was provided in the application form once processed. The processing times are:
  • Email: 2-3 business days
  • Post: 5-7 business days
