The following templates are available to be customised
E-signing notifications:
- Document e-signing completed
- Document e-signing rejected
- Document e-signed by a party
- E-signing reminder for ASIC documents
- E-signing reminder for Regular documents
Every email template has the following default information:
- Account logo
- Text of notification
- Signature block
To customise a template, select the template in the dropdown box and click on 'Create New'.
Note: For optimum use, we recommend keeping the codes such as @UserName @AccountName and @CustomText in the templates.
These codes will then pre-populate the relevant client information directly into the template.
1. E-Signing Notification: the email notification alerts signatory(ies) that there is a request for them to sign a document.
2. Document e-signing completed: the email notification your client receives when document signing is complete.
'View Documents Online' button: this will redirect you to the collaboration page where all the signed documents are listed.
3. Document e-signing rejected: the email notification sent to all signatories if someone rejects the signing.
Note: the @OrderName link will be replaced with a name of the document of which the signing was rejected.
4. Document e-signed by a party: the email received when a signatory has completed signing.

5. E-signing reminder for ASIC documents - the email notification sent to remind signatories to complete the signing of ASIC document.
'View Documents Online': When clicking this button, you will be redirected to the DocuSign page for the signing of the documents.
