How do I share data between NowInfinity and Class?

Copy SMSF Funds to Class from the SMSF Establishment document

1. Navigate to Menu > Documents > Completed Documents
2. Open the relevant "SMSF Establishment" or "SMSF Establishment with Special Purpose Corporate Trustee" document
3. From the "Integrations" menu, select "Class"
   
4. Select and/or complete:
   • Business Code (this will populate the Brand Code)
   • Fund Code
   • Fund GST status
   • Salutation for your contacts
     
5. Select "Add to Class"

Importing data into On-Demand documents

The integration to import SMSF data from Class is limited to On-Demand documents that request existing SMSF details (e.g. SMSF Deed of Variation).

1. Select the integration option to the right of a "Name of Fund" field within an On-Demand document.
   
2. Select the Class logo
   
3. Select the relevant SMSF Fund
   Note: There is a "search" option from the top right.
   

The following details will pre-fill into the relevant fields:

• Fund
  • Name of Fund
  • Date of Establishment
  • Date of Variation
  • Jurisdiction
• Trustee (Individual)
  • Trustee's first, middle and last name
  • Residential Address
• Trustee (Corporate)
  • ACN
  • Company name
  • Registered Address
  • Director's first, middle and last name
  • Director's Residential Address
• Member
  • Member's first, middle and last names
  • Residential address
  • Date of birth
  • TFN
