How do I update my integration between NowInfinity and Class?
Answer
Connecting to Class
The following set-up process will require your user logins to have:
- Access Controller permission within NowInfinity
- Access Controller/Administrator Role within Class
- Navigate to Menu > Portal Settings > Integrations
- Select "Link business code"
- Select "Confirm" at the prompt
- You will be redirected to the Class Authentication page
Note: If you are not logged into Class, you will be prompted to log in first - Select the desired Business Code from the "Business" drop-down
- Select "Allow access"
- After being redirected back to NowInfinity, select "Refresh Data" against the relevant connected Business Code
Note: To add multiple Class business codes Select "Link business code" and link the additional codes. You can link upto 10 Class business codes to the NowInfinity platform at a time.
Disconnecting from Class
This can only be actioned by a user with Access Controller permission within NowInfinity.
- Navigate to Menu > Portal Settings > Integrations
- Select "Disconnect" against the relevant Business Code to be disconnected
Note: This will need to be completed for each Business Code you wish to disconnect from

What are the capabilities of the Class Integration?

The below are the capabilities of the integration between NowInfinity and Class:

Ability to view and select from all funds linked to multiple Class business codes from within the interview forms, making fund selection more flexible and comprehensive across entities.

Ability to add newly established funds from NowInfinity to Class.
Note: The Fund code entered is up to the user's discretion. NowInfinity general support cannot advise what to enter within this field.

Enhancements to multiple business codes. If your account is connected to two or more Class business codes, you will now see all SMSF funds across those codes when using the search function in interview forms.

Smart Column Labelling. This means the Fund Search now updates the Class Integration based on the entity type. This ensures clearer context when searching across different entity types and allows a two-way integration of Trustee, Member and fund details from Class.

Company - ACN
Trust - ABN
Individual - Date Of Birth
- Real-Time Fund Updates. When a fund is added or deleted in Class, the search results will automatically refresh NowInfinity to reflect the latest fund list, therefore no manual sync required.
