Connecting to Class

The following set-up process will require you user logins to have:

• Administrator permissions within NowInfinity

• Access Controller/Administrator Role within Class

   

1. Navigate to Menu > Portal Settings > Integrations
2. Select "Link business code"
   
3. Select "Confirm" at the prompt
4. You will be redirected to the Class Authentication page
   Note: If you are not logged into Class, you will be prompted to log in first
5. Select the desired Business Code from the "Business" drop-down
   
6. Select "Allow access"
7. After being redirected back to NowInfinity, select "Refresh Data" against the relevant connected Business Code

Note: To add multiple Class business codes Select "Link business code" and link the additional codes. You can link upto 10 Class business codes to the NowInfinity platform at a time. 

Disconnecting from Class

This can only be actioned by a user with administrator permissions within NowInfinity.

1. Navigate to Menu > Portal Settings > Integrations
2. Select "Disconnect" against the relevant Business Code to be disconnected
   Note: This will need to be completed for each Business Code you wish to disconnect from
