1. Connecting to Class
As a NowInfinity administrator, navigate to Menu-> Portal Settings -> Integrations
Select the “Login with Class” button in the Class Super section on the page.
You will be redirected to the 'Class login' page where you need to enter your Class username and password to continue.
Note: If you’re already logged into Class, this page will not be shown and you will be redirected to the Class Authentication page mentioned below.
If you are logged into Class, you will be redirected to the Class Authentication page.
Select the “Allow access” Button to confirm access to Class.
You will be returned to the portal settings page in NowInfinity.
To complete the class access settings, enter the Class Business Code and select the appropriate Class Brand Code.
When you are satisfied with the details, select the "Save" button.
Note: Only one business code and brand code can be selected as the default. To change the brand code, disconnect the integration and reconnect using a different brand code.
Your NowInfinity account is now connected to your account in Class.
Optionally, you can select the “Refresh Data” button to synchronise, this will update the information that can be pulled from Class Super into the interview form.
2. Disconnecting from Class
As a NowInfinity administrator, navigate to Menu-> Portal Settings -> Integrations
Select the “Disconnect” button in the Class Super section on the page.
Your connection to Class will be disconnected.
