Jurisdiction of Registration

You are required to select the jurisdiction. It is usually the state or territory in which it intends to primarily conduct its business or where its registered office is located.

To change the state or territory of registration, A Form 2213 will need to be lodged with ASIC. Note that a lodgement fee will be applied when lodging this form. ASIC does not accept electronic lodgement of this form, it will have to be paper lodged.
