What to do if a Company Registration is rejected and a refund is required


A Company I have registered has been rejected by ASIC, can I organise a refund?


If you no longer want to proceed with the registration, a refund can be arranged. Email info@nowinfinity.com.au the name of Company and the bank details for the refund. Our Customer Service Team will then coordinate with our Accounts team to apply the refund.

Alternatively, if you would still like to register the Company, you are able to make the required changes to the form and re-submit, without having to pay again. Click here for more information.
