On the NowInfinity Deed, you must provide a date at the top of page 1. See below:
The parties must also sign the execution section, which is on the last page/s of the Deed:
The signing of the document should be coordinated so that all parties sign on the same date, because signing on different dates can cause issues down the track if the date of the document was to become significant.
