I created a 362 Form to appoint myself as the ASIC Agent. Why is the form not showing under the Recent Documents or Timeline in the Company Profile?
Answer
A 362 Form will not automatically show in the Recent Documents section or the Timeline of a Company if:
- The 362 Form was created via the Bundle Agent Appointment or Appoint an Agent in Corporate Messenger, or
- You create a 362 Form and select "yes" to "Change Company Registered Address as well". Neither the Form 362, nor the accompanying Form 484A1, will be added to the Company Profile.
A 362 Form will automatically show in the Recent Documents and Timeline of a Company if:
- The 362 Form is created via the Company Registration's collaboration page. The 362 Form, together with the documents for the Company Registration, will be uploaded automatically on the Timeline and be part of the Recent Documents page once the Company is added in Corporate Messenger.
