I have paid for the course but I haven’t received the webinar details
A: The webinar link with calendar invite will be provided to you separately closer to the webinar date. Please also be mindful to check your junk/spam folders should you not receive the invite to your inbox.
I have paid for the course but for reasons, I now require a refund
A: The refund process is handled by Eventbrite. According to its refund policy you can be refunded up to one day before the event however, Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
I tried to register for the next webinar but it is already full
A: Thank you for letting us know. Due to its interactive nature, we’ve designed the course to not exceed 80 attendees per session to ensure quality of delivery.
These sessions, and the next available webinar dates, are now available on the Class Limited Eventbrite page which can be accessed here.
Can I get a copy of the recording/presentation
A: As per the agreement we have with our partner CorpSec Services, we cannot share the recording of the session. However, we do share the the presentation slide pack. These are usually emailed two business days after the webinar, to all registered attendees.
When do I get my CPD points?
A: Your points will be issued within 10 business days of attending your session. You will receive an email confirmation of your attendance and you can then claim your points with your registered institution.
