Overview
This section outlines the step-by-step process for opening both a Macquarie Cash Management Account and a Macquarie Accelerator Account for existing entities. The instructions are designed for users operating within the Institution Accounts screen in NowInfinity.
Accessing the Institution Accounts Feature
To begin, navigate to the landing page of NowInfinity. Locate the Menu option and click on it to reveal additional navigation options.
Within the menu, identify and select the Institution Accounts section. This can be found under the “Documents” category.
Click on the Institution Accounts option to open the Institution Accounts dashboard screen.

On the dashboard, select the “Open Institution Account” button to begin the procedure for opening a new account.
In this screen, the user can search for the relevant entity by entering the entity’s name in the “Search Entity Name” field. This step is necessary for opening both a Macquarie Cash Management Account and a Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account for the chosen entity.
Selecting the Entity and Entering Applicant Details
Once the relevant entity has been located using the search function, the user can select the entity from the search results. When an entity is selected, the system automatically populates the “Applicant name” field within the Applicant section, streamlining the application process.
After the applicant’s name has been populated, the user is required to enter the applicant’s email address and phone number. The system performs validation checks on the entered email and phone number formats. If either the email address or phone number does not conform to the required format, the system will flag an error, prompting the user to correct the information before proceeding.
After verifying and entering the correct details, you can complete the process by clicking the “Open Account” button
Confirm Open Account
User needs to ready the Macquarie Group Privacy Policy and agree to the Disclaimer by ticking the checkbox. After which user is would be able to order a Macquarie Account by clicking on “Confirm” button.
Success Message and Redirection
Upon the successful completion of ordering a Macquarie Cash Management Account and Accelerator Account, the user is presented with a “success message”. This message indicates that the account setup process has been finalised without any issues. Immediately following this confirmation, the system automatically redirects the user’s control to the Institution Accounts Dashboard page, allowing the user to seamlessly continue managing their institution accounts.
