How to amend Company Registration documents

How can I amend Company Registration documents post registration? 

Answer

The Company Registration documents generated within NowInfinity can be amended via the collaboration page of the company.

1. Navigate to Menu > Documents > Completed Documents and select the relevant company. 
2. Click on the "Amend the document" button
   
3. Review and accept the disclaimer before proceeding to the interview form
   
4. Make required changes to the interview form
5. Proceed to tab "Ready to Submit"
6. Select "Complete"

Note:

• This will only correct the documents generated via NowInfinity. No resubmission nor correction will be submitted to ASIC.
• The ASIC Certificate will not be updated when using the Amend the Document button. If required a new ASIC Certificate would need to be requested directly from ASIC.
• Most changes to ASIC records will need to be completed via a form 492 Mistake Correction, for specific advice contact ASIC directly
• If the Company's name is updated, either a form 492 Mistake Correction or a form 205a Company Name Change may be required. See: When an incorrect company name has been lodged via a company registration form, should a Form 492 or 205A be used?
• If the Company's name is updated, the ASIC issued Registration Certificate will not be updated. An updated certificate will need to be requested directly from ASIC
• When documents have been signed, the Amend the Document button will no longer appear. Should you require access to the Amend the Document button, the signing envelope would need to be voided first. Click here for more information.
