How to switch between Parent/Child accounts?

Question

I have multiple NowInfinity Accounts linked via a Parent/Child relationship. How do I navigate from one account to another?

Answer

Users listed against the "Parent" account can access the "Child" account by following:

1. Select the Accounts icon from the top right
   
2. Select the Account you are navigating to
   

Note:

• Users on the "Parent" account will retain their same permissions on the "Child".
• Users on the "Child" account will not have access to the "Parent" account, nor other "Child" accounts linked to the "Parent" account.
