How to request a bulk transfer of multiple Companies

If you would like to move multiple Companies from one agent number to another, you may do this using NowInfinity’s Bundle Agent Appointment feature.

This feature enables you to generate multiple Form 362s.

Alternatively, ASIC provides a service to complete a similar bulk transfer of multiple Companies from one agent number to another.

Note: This may take up to 28 days for ASIC to process.

To request this service, complete the following steps with ASIC directly:

1. Manually prepare a Form 362 (ASIC Form 362) and attach a list of all Companies (Company Names and ACNs) to be transferred to the new ASIC agent number.
2. Attach a letter explaining why you are requesting a bulk transfer.
   This letter should be signed by the ASIC contact you appointed when you applied for the EDGE or ASIC agent number.
3. Mail the form to ASIC. It may take up to 28 days for the process to be completed.
