Credit card payment error

 

Question

Why am I getting this error when making payment?

Error: Please make sure all credit card fields have been filled out and are correct.

Answer

The follow may help you to troubleshoot this error:

  1. Check to see if the security settings have been updated on your browser
  2. Clear your cache and cookies from your browser history
  3. Try switching to a different browser such as EDGE, or FireFox (If you are already using Google Chrome. Google Chrome is most compatible with the platform).
  4. If the credit card has not already been saved to your account, trying saving the credit card first via Menu > Portal Settings > Credit Cards. Once saved, please try using this saved card via the payment screen. If it is already saved, try removing it and re-adding the card, then proceeding with payment again.
